How Often Should I Change The Filter?
Every 1-3 months for a standard 1” filter.
Every 3-6 months for a 4” media filter.

How Long Does A System Last?
8-15 years depending on installation quality and maintenance.

What can you check before we dispatch a technician?
-Make sure the thermostat and circuit breaker are set correctly.

How often should maintenance be done?
Twice a year. Spring for AC and Refrigeration, Fall maintenance for furnaces and heating systems.

Why is my furnace short cycling?
Likely from a plugged filter, oversized system, undersized ductwork, or other reasons.

What do i do if my AC or walk in is iced up?
Turn the system off, set fan on thermostat to “ON” and let the airflow melt the ice. There is likely other issues with the system that an experienced technician will need to troubleshoot.

How do I schedule a service call?
By either calling the office or filling out a service request form.

Why is my AC leaking water?
Likely from a plugged condensate drain, malfunctioned condensate pump, or rusted drain pan. A service technician can assist you.

Why is my cooler running warm?
Check the condenser coil and make sure it is not plugged up and check the evaporator coil and make sure it is not iced up. Make sure the power chord or breaker is on. A technician can assist if further troubleshooting is needed.

Why is there ice on my walk in cooler?
Can be caused by many things, from a door left open to a failed defrost clock. A technician can troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Payment is convenient with max mechanical. Simply pay an invoice online after a service call is completed, or the technician can take payment onsite.
